Three watchmaking events in New York in October: WatchTime, Windup & NYC Jewelry & Watch Show

Every autumn, New York becomes an exceptional playground for watch enthusiasts. In October 2025, no less than three major events take place in succession: WatchTime New York and Windup Watch Fair, held simultaneously from October 17 to 19, followed by the New York City Jewelry & Watch Show from October 23 to 26. Three events, three atmospheres, but the same passion: watches, design and luxury.

WatchTime New York: a decade of prestige

Ten years on

Established in 2015, WatchTime New York has established itself as the most prestigious watch event in the United States. Housed in the impressive Gotham Hall, a former bank building in the heart of Manhattan, the show will celebrate its 10ᵉ anniversary in 2025. For the occasion, it announces a record participation of 44 brands, ranging from historic houses to the most daring independents.

Programme 2025

On Friday, October 17, a VIP cocktail reception launches the event, followed by an exclusive dinner for collectors, watchmakers and journalists. On October 18 and 19, the show opens to the public with full-day sessions (11am-5pm on Saturday, 11am-4pm on Sunday).

In addition to presenting new products, WatchTime offers conferences, demonstrations and privileged meetings with brand representatives. It’s not just an exhibition: it’s a place for exchange and sharing.

Exhibiting brands

These include such prestigious houses as Blancpain, Breguet, Chopard, Piaget, Glashütte Original, Ulysse Nardin and Parmigiani Fleurier. But also independents that are attracting more and more enthusiasts: MB&F, Greubel Forsey, Urwerk, Czapek, H. Moser & Cie., Armin Strom, HYT, Zeitwinkel, Konstantin Chaykin…

Why visit WatchTime?

Windup Watch Fair: the spirit of conviviality

A show for everyone

In parallel, just a few blocks away, the Windup Watch Fair takes place at Center415, on 5ᵉ Avenue. Organized by Worn & Wound, an independent watchmaking media, this fair relies on openness: free admission, friendly atmosphere, and over 140 exhibitors from all over the world.

Schedule & program

  • Friday, October 17 from 12 to 6 pm, Saturday, October 18 from 12 to 6 pm and Sunday, October 19 from 12 to 5 pm

Here, there are no barriers: visitors can try on watches, chat with brand founders and attend themed panels. The 2025 edition will also feature an area dedicated toEveryday Carry (EDC ) – quality accessories such as pens, pocket knives or bags – which perfectly complements the watchmaking universe.

Expected exhibitors

Windup is home to a broad spectrum of brands: well-known names such as Oris, Christopher Ward, Bulova and Shinola, as well as innovative micro-brands like CIGA Design, Arken and Clemence. You may even come across MB&F with its more accessible M.A.D. editions.

Why choose Windup?

A hybrid event

From October 23 to 26, New York will once again vibrate to the rhythm of watchmaking and luxury with the New York City Jewelry & Watch Show. Housed in the Metropolitan Pavilion, this show also celebrates its 10ᵉ anniversary in 2025. Unlike the other two, it is not limited to watches: it mixes antique jewelry, contemporary creations and timepieces.

Opening hours

  • Thursday 23rd from 11am to 6pm, Friday 24th from 11am to 6pm, Saturday 25th from 11am to 6pm and Sunday 26th from 11am to 4pm

Exhibitors & parts

With over 80 international exhibitors, the show highlights :

  • Estate jewelry: rings, brooches, historical pieces
  • Modern, innovative designers
  • Collector’s watches, often associated with the jewelry on display

A different experience

NYCJAWS attracts both professionals (gallery owners, gemologists, dealers) and the general public. It’s a place where you can buy rare, sometimes one-of-a-kind pieces directly. For watch lovers, it’s also a great gateway to the world of jewelry.

Three events, three atmospheres

  • WatchTime New York: haute horlogerie, complications and iconic houses.
  • Windup Watch Fair: accessible discovery, micro-brands and conviviality.
  • NYC Jewelry & Watch Show: jewelry and watchmaking heritage, with a commercial and historical dimension.

October 2025 promises to be an exceptional year for watch and luxury enthusiasts. In the space of ten days, New York offers three complementary events: the prestige of WatchTime, the conviviality of Windup and the heritage elegance of the NYC Jewelry & Watch Show.

For watch lovers, it’s the perfect opportunity to combine discovery, encounters and shopping, in a city that never sleeps. Whether you’re a seasoned collector or simply curious, the Big Apple gives you three excellent reasons to beat to the rhythm of watches this October.
